SDS, this really isn't cool, as I can't get Jackie. I opened a bug a week ago. There is literally nothing I can do to fix the issue. I have a duplicate Sixto Sanchez 42 card, and no Dansby Swanson. I am willing to buy Frank Thomas and Rivera...yet even if I do that I can only get 41 cards, not 42, and there is no way for me to fix this. Technically, I can get 42 cards (Sixto Sanchez 42 twice == 42 overall), yet the game doesn't work like that. This is an annoying bug where you have locked out customers from being able to fix the issue ourselves. This is beyond frustrating and disappointing when all a customer can do is wait until you fix the issue. What makes it worse, is the issue is probably related to the linking and unlinking account bugs. I suspect that is the cause of the issue somehow.
This is incredibly frustrating.
How did you u get a duplicate Sixto?

Didn't show up that I had Sixto....then my online account changed, and then I had two of him, and now am completely stuck and can't get Jackie. Really could use Jackie's high contact numbers right now....as the PCI's are incredibly small in the 700's right now in Ranked without Jackie.

I am missing two 42 series collection TA reward players following locking them in. 100% TA completed and my support ticket was opened on April 23rd.

There is a glitch where it says "new" for cards already obtained the it will tell you you actually have 2 of said card after you pick..

I did this for the first time during TA3. I was so freaking tired. It was 2am and I cycled through the cards looking at who I wanted and just selected Escobar. Duplicated. Screwed. No Acuna unless my ticket is resolved. So lame...

I hate to say it but it just seems like SDS doesn't care that you have locked yourself out of a card. I forget who it was that had this issue and took to making a new post everyday until SDS actually did something. He was up to 45 days maybe? Can't remember. Basically, don't expect their help anytime soon, they just simply don't care about this problem. They say they read almost everything on this forum but this is never fixed. It shows how little they actually do care.
Sorry to anyone that had this problem no matter why it happened I wouldn't hold your breath for this company's help.
