outfielders letting fly balls drop

The best part is that the CPU knows it is going to happen when playing offline. I was in M2O yesterday and a runner with very little speed took off from third and was just crossing home plate when my fielder let it drop. There was only one out at the time. It was a joke.

My last game I had my cf'er camp 15 feet from the ball, would not move until it hit the ground. No idea what that was about, it was the most routine pop tart ever.

That animation where they're standing right there but instead of a routine catch they lunge and try to catch it at their knees...

I would love to see a thread with all these garbage animation fielding errors . That way we have examples for naysayers.

I've had it happen when the difficult catch indicator pops up on a ball that I had plenty of time to get under. Those are the only occurrences that I've experienced.

Same thing just happened to me...routine fly ball in front of Mantle and they gave me that dive circle indicator for NO reason lol Mantle didnt even move and somehow he turned into a infielder fielding the ball smh i just dont get how and why such an animation is in the game for outfielders! I try not to rage but when stuff like this happen i loose my mind

I think it was a good try at programming but it has too many unrealistic consequences.
