I did the same with Garcia. I’ve completed 100 percent affinity 3. now I can’t do the acuna collection because I picked two of the same cards. I submitted 5 tickets and no answer. I’ve spent so much on this game, and the costumer service is very questionable. Guess it is what it is.

Not trying to come across as an [censored]...but...how are these mistakes made?
The choice packs clearly label if a card is new or if you have it already. How hard is it to not select a card you already have?

Idk how this happens. Sure it’s possible it actually said “new” but that’s never happened to me. And even then I NEVER open those packs without confirming exactly who I have from that division beforehand

There are millions of people playing this game. People are not perfect. This is going to continue to happen unless SDS makes selecting a duplicate impossible.
This community has so little empathy for this situation. It's really baffling. The people dunking on these guys have never made a dumb mistake before?

if you are able to select the same card twice, atleast make them sellable..
now we have 2x cards that can't be sold and lose out on acuna

I'm firmly against making these sellable. I'd rather them remove the cards you already have from the pack. You make them sellable and you get the waitlisted million stub cards problem from last year

the only ones that were million dollar stubs were BR rewards late in the year last year
Every BR, World Series, and like 6 event rewards were all a mil. If it was just 1 or 2 that's fine but there were 25+ cards on waitlists. And it was a direct result of TA4 being sellable

If you open packs online through the website, it does not indicate what you have or do not have. I made the mistake once with a team bat, something insignificant for me fortunately, and no longer open choice packs online.
