We absolutely do know for sure. Ever since they went to the current content model in 19. There hasn't been a single specialty pack that hasn't showed up in inning programs, team affinity, or conquest

Not saying it won’t happen just saying you can’t predict the future they could decide not to . we won’t know till it happens but I do hope it does so prices drop a bit .

They most likely will come back at some point. You just cannot predict when.

I just snagged all the ones going for less than the price of the packs LOL
Not wasting my stubs on the crazy expensive ones.

I'd expect them to pop up in future TAs, Inning Programs, Conquests and Maybe Events/Monthly programs.
Kind of similar to the 42 cards
