Created Player SS question

Sorry if this question has already been asked but I finally got my created player (SS) to level 88 or 89 diamond and was wondering if I should go balanced or Power? Thanks

For my 2b CP I took the 88 speed option. Reason being is, I can add lots of equipment to increase contact and power. (Bat, gloves, ritual etc) but you can only really add cleats as an option to up your speed and 99 speed kills. Even if you don't steal there is always that threat.
