How do you bring the change up velocity down? what archetype are you using?
I can't remember off the top of my head, I went with Velo though, and increase the velo on the change-up to drop it. Max out 4sm, change-up, and go midway with your offspeed pitch so it stays in that 80s range. Don't up your sinker or cutter if you get one, you want a much slower pitch for those two.

is the reason why you put Change up primary is because is easier to up the velocity if is the main pitch?! I just noticed that now

My 97-98 SP got a perfecto & a no no during ranked seasons. 4sfb palm split cutter curve. 95+ control, hit & HR allowed. my break is like 50 lol it doesn’t matter i guess

I use Fb, sinker, Vulcan change, slider, 12-6 curve

It's a personal preference...but I found the Cutter, Sinker, Circle Changeup, Slider, and Screwball combo works quite well for me. Easy to tunnel and good speed differential.

In general I do struggle against submarine pitchers. Submarine pitchers that throw 100 mph cutters and 68 mph changeups will probably dominate against me. I am not scared, it just won't be an enjoyable experience and whoever starts him can probably get a W. It is ok, it is just a game.

A CAP pitcher and a CAP hitter are not the same on the fairness scale IMO. A CAP hitter is pitched to not by his swing type or stance, but by his stats which are repeatable for most players who put any effort into the game. The CAP pitcher may have the same stats as another CAP pitcher, but be much more effective (I should say deceiving) based on delivery. I wish SDS would get rid of CAP pitchers and allow CAP hitters only.
Using a Darren O'Day delivery where he throws submarine at 102 is insane. Could you imagine Darren O'Day in his prime throwing that slider with a 98-102 heater? I haven't faced many CAP pitchers, but I imagine that they are seen more at higher levels.

I have Fastball Cutter Sinker Slurve Vulcan Change… And I also use Ollie Perez’s wind up… I feel Ike if I’m going to use my cap and it’s cheese I won’t use All Star 66 as a wind up so my opponent can still have a shot. My team is all high socks and stirrups as a team build, so unless I get a better Hand, Chafin, Mayza, Jake Brentz or post season David Price or Urias, I have to use my cap..
