Why is The Show so bad online on PS5?

Even when I'm home team (350-400 mbps). Pitch selection menu comes up like raising blinds, hits are in slow motion and too many other issues to type out. Is there a setting I need to adjust or something? I have tried on my PS4 and XBox, the issues really aren't there and they are minimal when they are there. I just don't understand what is happening, it's supposed to play amazing on PS5.

If you lick your finger, pull the plug out and then stick your finger in there it usually warms the PS5 up. That's my performance mode
