Moonshot Event Lag

Is anyone experiencing insane lag with this event? Is it the field or what? I’ve been home team both games and it’s still unplayable with the lag. I’m on a PS4 so I realize I may run into that but I am also connected with Ethernet cable straight into PlayStation and on a good monitor. Connection is fine on my end but I went from having great gameplay last night in Ranked seasons to now having to guess pitches on all star for this moonshot event. Anybody else having this issue? Is it the traffic right now bc event just dropped or just bad luck to have 2 choppy games in a row?

If you’re not on a next gen console, the frame rate at major league stadiums is still terrible this year
That’s what you’re experiencing and that’s why most competitive players play at minor league stadiums. The game plays so much better

Why are they even picking our stadiums? Where did this come from?

Sweet. So I’m just screwed bc I don’t have a PS5 (which are sooooo easy to find and buy right now…lol) Welp might be better for my sanity to not play this event anyway lol.

It's happening on PS5 too. Pitches freezing mid air. Stuttering. Hella lag.
