MLB 20 is the worst show yet, prove me wrong

I'd say the only reason 18 is worse is: While power is king in 20, I still can use contact hitters and have success + I can actually throw fastballs.
But yeah the gameplay is pretty meh. Me saying that 20 is marginally better than 18 sure isn't' a compliment.

Yes I remember them. I'm reminded even harder now when they tell me it was perfect input in MLB 20. 19 was not worse than this, SO FAR.

Last year's HR/9 fiasko for half the year was pretty terrible too.
I still have hope for this game because the hitting in the first week was so fun and rewarded good input. All they needed was to fix the pitching on good inputs and tweak the fielding a little.

MLBTS18 was the worst. Immortal Gallo (silver) and ungodly Schrempf (bronze) outperformed all diamonds. Oh, and let's never forget the countless hours spent in the market collecting digital hats.

18 was a straight dumpster fire. I'd take this game over that any day of the week and twice on Sunday

Valid point. I'd only argue 20 is worse because so far, there isn't one aspect of it that is working properly. Hitting, pitching, fielding, or baserunning. Like I said man, it has potential and there is a small part of me that stays hopeful.
TBH I'm just frustrated because of the lack of damage control from SDS. And I swear if this is how it is all year, not that I believe that, I'd lose my mind.

The only game I've ever played that is worse than The Show 18 is NBA 2K18. That game made me stop buying 2K games entirely.
This game is pretty bad at this point, but I wouldn't say its as bad as 18 or even 19. Right now, it feels a lot like 19, but week 1 of this year showed that SDS can make a working game if they choose to

Y'all are making me remember how bad that was. Content was garbage too with immortals. But this is still, for now IMO, equally bad. I know it'll get better though, or I pray.

If the game wasn't going to be patched again, this would be the worst version and I only believe this because there isn't a single aspect of the game that is working right. They'll obviously patch it and then we can all reevaluate from there. But at least they fixed the throwing meter.
They were on there way to having the best game of the franchise though and now I don't see very many people that aren't experiencing issues. Don't see many people happy with the product. Even quarantined, I gotta force myself to spend 2 hours on it, so I can get my baseball fix and it's just disappointing bc normally you can't pull me away from the game at the start of it's cycle.
Worst game, probably an exaggeration, hands down the most frustrating experience I've ever had playing the game though.
