I started a new Franchise this morning as the Cardinals and was scouting a few players -Vlad was already rated 95, as was Matt Olson.

I didn't save the game and started a new save as the Padres and Vlad was only 74. Anyone noticed this before or have a fix for it?

Yes there is a fix.

When starting a new save without closing the game and start it again the latest rosters will not load. What you see is the default rosters (in the new save with the Padres).
