How many times has this actually happened to you?
I’m around 21-5 so far and I’ve faced someone doing this probably 12 times.
I’m not alone. People post about it all the time. Like I said, it’s easy to fix.

I know people complain about it often. I would be willing to bet a years salary that you haven't had it happen 12 times in 26 games. Sorry, I knlw its frustrating but nobody is going to take you too serious making claims like that. And if it is true, then I would guess you are also doing things that may make people want to do it.

I haven’t had this experience in RS. People do it a lot less there. In events I guess people see a good record and want to be toxic? I just know I don’t bunt dance, press R2, or pause like that.

Events are always the most toxic opponents from my experience. Never really understood why.

I like those who fake bunt and next pitch sit high and in; throw a curve in the dirt and look like fools. Bunt dancers, once I take the lead I’ll do it once to mock them and after that I go back to regular programming.

Fair enough. I wasn't trying to take a shot at you btw. Just saying that if it's happening that much then you must be doing something that annoys people and makes them want to retaliate. Whether you realize it or not.

R2 spamming and pausing is not difficult to remedy. R2 should show pitches and not having any impact on the opponent’s input.
There is no need to pause every other pitch, so why allow it? An umpire wouldn’t allow it. Put a cap on pauses per game/inning. If you pause more than 5 times in a half inning you’re doing it to be toxic. Its unbelievable that this has not been fixed yet. It ruins our experience.

My problem has been that I keep getting into freeze offs. 2 in the last 5 games. I wonder how much collective online time of all players is spent with the game frozen. Got to be 30% at least. If you're losing just quit and stop being lame.

I have played about 30 BR games and about 20 RS games, and last night was the first total [censored] I've played and guy was bunt dancing every pitch, pausing, R2 pushing... it was brutal and I let myself get aggravated and him doing it worked because I got mad and played like [censored] and he won 2-1 with a walkoff suicide squeeze. Its stinks that the game is coded in a way that this bunt dance and R2 effects meter and PP pitching. Sad lives people must live to enjoy playing like that.

You just used the word "toxic" three times in four sentences. Guess I got lucky to earn Dominguez without any of the problems you ran into. Same goes for the other events and all the RS games I have played. Yes I run into a tool once in a while but it doesn't ruin my experience and its definitely not about 50% of the time. Makes me wonder if they are reacting to antics you may be deploying. Good day sir.

Win or lose anytime I come across an opponent who doesn't bunt dance , steal everytime, lead off , r2, etc ...I have the upmost respect for em
