Dashboard DD Online Ranked Record

I'm new to the game on xbox. I connected my gamertag so I can access the website features. The only thing is when I click on my profile it doesn't show the correct ranked games record. Am I not looking in the right place, I just want to see my record online and game stats.

Yes when I click on the link and scroll down to online totals it shows a record of 3-2, but I've played a ton more games than that. So all of my stats seem not to be updated.
