Managers in the game.

Can we get more realistic managers in the game? We see more ex-players getting into management. There are a lot of players base coaches and minor league coaches. Also why can't we sign coaches and base,pitching, or farm system managers for other teams? This happens in real life all the time a team signs a managers off another staff. Also managers need an update they don't wear uniforms anymore the wear team pull overs and shirts. This make the game look dated also. The generic coaches have on jackets all year even when its hot and we see them sweat like crazy! I love when a game is more realistic, and some times its the little things that make it happen.
