Stats not recording correctly

I just hit a HR and it registered as a non hit, but it gave me an RBI. What’s the deal SDS? It’s isn’t the first time either. Why is your game not recording hits right?

It happens pretty often honestly, but I'd rather they fix other issues regarding hitting than focus on a statistical issue.

I've had two extra base hits not recorded yesterday in the Granderson moments. Just frustrating... These weren't your taking second when the OF throws to the plate either. One banged off the wall and they called it a "fielder's choice off a deflected hit". No one else was on base. They tried to throw me out only.
The second time I hit a double in the gap and rounded 2nd to get thrown out at third to speed up the sim. No credit was given. My name was not even mentioned in the "game log" only recorded two outs for my team that half inning
