Does anyone know why I can't add a duplicate collection card to an affinity exchange?

Have you locked the initial card into your collection?

If you have the card on a roster somewhere it won't register as being a duplicate.

I noticed this too. You have to take the locked-in one out of your lineup and then it will let you sell the extra one. So dumb.

I do not have the card in question in my lineup and I do have one locked into the team collection. I can't figure out why I can't add the dupe into an affinity exchange
