Online Marketplace is frustrating

Needed 3 more 42 series players to get the 99 Jackie. I needed hank, babe and cal Jr. All around 40k stubbs. So I'm grinding and gonna get the most expensive and work down. The card somehow raises to 95k stubbs, wtf? So being a rookie I use all my stubbs I grinded for to get him, the next morning he is at 38k stubbs again. I could not believe a dam VIDEO game would do this. This is no different than video poker gambling or something. Why did this happen?

There was a flash sale yesterday with 42 series players. I guess the market had a temporary drop and is now back to close to normal.

Sorry that you did that. Follow the market and pay attention to prices of cards you need? You spent 95k on a card that’s been 30k for weeks. It was an error you will learn from. Probably be a free 42 pack in tre next inning program or monthly program or something. You will get Jackie soon and he will be a stud for you.

I did and card kept rising, I bought it before it would topple 100k then 2 days later it dropped to 29k I think. Wtf
This happened back around 6-4. I'm finished and have jackie 99 so. Just felt like I was ripped off as if they knew I needed the card

What I don’t get is how people diss on Kieran and block him. The kid is clever and amusing and really good natured. The OP here is everything some accuse Kieran of being. Blaming SDS for not being his personal financial adviser. It’s crazy.

How would you suggest they make prices stay to your liking in an open market? unless they eliminate the marketplace altogether... they have no control over the prices people buy and sell cards for. The prices are controlled by supply and demand. You seen your card dip down yesterday.... because there was a flash sale.

Happened that long ago? Learning experience for you as a new player then. People have been commenting since day 1 that the prices of 42 players would go down soon enough.

I bought Green, Evanlongoria, and Fergie when they bottomed out from the sale
Now they back up in price. New it was gonna happen and figured ill give the cards a try
