    They need to hire more people to deal with the tickets. It feels like a mom and pop shop set up rather than a multi million dollar company.

    I’d be furious if I couldn’t advance to get Jackie for this long. You are literally losing 1/6th of he time you can use him before the new game comes out.

    Honestly, this should be a full refund and probably a free copy of next year’s game.

    I’m sure they have the exact same problems as every company and have too much demand and not enough help. What happens once they hire people to respond to the tickets and they catch up? Do they just lay everyone off? I’m missing cards too but what am I going to do?

    I do feel for the OP though as it screws his Jackie grind.

    Ever heard of temps? At this point they shouldn’t even be investigating claims that were made over a month ago, just fix them (make cards unsellable if you must, but just add them and move to the next one). There is no excuse (besides utter incompetence) that tickets from April haven’t be resolved.
