When both users are between 700 and 899

I believe it is 700. But only if both players are 700 or higher. If one player is below 700 I thinks the game is played on all star, no matter who is the home team.

Thanks. That explains it alot why the PCI just got tiny for all of my hitters in addition to facing 99 Kluber.
