I just had an individual tell me to quit a game in an event game. I was only down 0-1 and it was the 3rd inning. I told them I wasn't going anywhere so they left. Very weird I'd say.

Should have paused the game on your last strike and let the timer run down while you went to get a drink or use the washroom.

Sounds like the game froze and the guy thought you should quit because you were losing. I agree with your opponent. If you’re down, you quit in a freeze off

Didn't realize OP was meaning the game was in a feeezeoff. In that instance I agree just quit.
No freezeoff? [censored] right I'm handing back the same inconsiderate treatment my opponent gave me.

Event games are first one to score wins… you didn’t know?
I swear people think that’s how it is. Even in ranked. That’s why they watch every home run and troll even harder when they get a lead. They know they can’t close a game out against anyone decent.

Here's the thing, I never quit any game. Event or not.
If I quit, it's because I have something else to do and need to power down.
If it's a freeze off, yeah I'd quit if losing, but that's happened once in 5+ years I've been playing DD.
