Update on my missing 42 Program Duplicate

For those who care, over a month ago I sent in two different reports to SDS customer service about missing a 42 program player bcuz I accidentally selected someone 2x. I still never got a response on those tickets, although recently I submitted a ticket to report a player who was cheating. They responded within a couple days basically saying I’d have to report them on the PlayStation and not through them. I replied to this email discussing the issue about my 42 duplicate and just received an email back that they investigated it and issued me the player I was missing.
