Or maybe it's like it's 4am on on the west cost and they're not actively working on the problem because they're sleeping. I get server issues are frustrating, especially 2 months into the game cycle at this point, but maybe you can all chill for a bit.
Companies whose products/services run 24/7 have 24/7 employees. Do you not understand how the real world works?
It’s a game, not a bank
You pay for services to that game. They most certainly have technicians on call for this very thing so them being completely quiet about it leads ones to wander what's actually going on.

They provide a product, said product should work whenever you want to play it. So hell no we shouldn’t chill, it’s down right embarrassing how inept they are

I've been playing this game for almost 10 years, I'm pretty sure they've mastered the art of trolling. Take 18 to 19. You had to grind your a s s off to get the "immortal cards" with specific teams and positional grinds. So you were always making changes to your team. If you had to play ranked you had to go and reset your lineup again. 19 comes, you could now set up different lineups, they got rid of the grind and there's no need anymore.

i'm on a CIA dip currently as well. "Legacy of Ashes" and "The Devil's Chessboard" are phenomenal. unfortunately, you will lose whatever faith you may have had in our government after reading these. i was about halfway through LoA when i looked at my wife and said, "I'm started to think we (USA) aren't the good guys in this story."
