they usually have at least 1-2 random undeserving tier upgrades every update, so I always invest in players that deserve to get upgraded as well as a few random ones that dont make sense....

As a Reds fan I love Winker and what he is doing this season but he has posted a -2.0 UZR in left this year. There is a reason they are working to see if they can convert him to the infield.
