@TacocaT410_XBL run thst 100 then cuz I’ve pitched also from the age of 10 up till 23 I’m 32 now and I deal real life pitches, pitches where you can still get someone to chase an outside slider on the dot because you’ve set them up with fastballs and change ups inside I throw strikes and balls for the s/o on 2 strike counts or I want to throw strikes and get people out cuz I’m confident in pitching not scared and depend on throwing balls then a strike here and there
You’re 32 and whining about balls? If you pitched all throughout high school and if you were Atleast division 3 in college, you had to have had a coach tell you to throw balls because “this guy swings at everything, don’t give him anything to hit” if someone is consistently throwing you junk, and you keep swinging at said junk, that’s on you. I’ve come across dudes using burns who didn’t throw/ couldn’t throw strikes… not everyone uses pinpoint. You remember when Fernando Tatis sr his two grand slams in one inning? Sometimes pitchers are awful like Chan Ho Park. How often do you come across dudes who throw garbage? Because I only come across them once every 10 or so games. So this dude must have carved you up if you’re on here risking being roasted by the entire community. And hostile when they make fun of you. Also I’m lol at you being 32 and still calling people clowns, I haven’t called a person a clown since high school 15 years ago

This is an amusing thread, in kind of a sad and pathetic way. Nobody can actually be this clueless so I can only assume it is a huge troll.

I don’t remember Barry Bonds complaining…

I just find it funny that the OP titled this thread as "Clowns" and wants to call people who don't consistently throw in the strikezone when someone (which we all know would be the OP!) will swing at those balls!
He then tries to argue with people on this forum about everyone else is "clowns" for not just go along with his opinion!
There appears to be only one "clown" here and I would have to say that would be the OP!
I only needed to read maybe three posts to understand this post, then skipped all the way to the bottom just to add my comment.

Why throw in the zone when they swing at balls out of the zone? I’m confused

He expects people to give him some meatballs!

I understand what this person is saying to an extent. I don't want to play a 90 minute game. It's boring watching a ton of pitches every at bat, it makes the game take forever.

You do realise that, on average, real mlb pitchers only throw in the zone around 60% to 65% of the time. I'm sure if they had someone swinging at balls all over the shop with poor plate discipline, that number would be even lower.
Did you ever consider that they may have just played someone like that, then employ the same tactic with you?
What a strange thread.
Edit; Is this Keiran under yet another account? Has to be, doesn't it?

Throwing balls constantly only you obviously don’t play baseball if you don’t understand
So you are getting walked a lot? What's the issue? Easy win.

I mean tatis doesnt swing at 15 balls a game in real life, So if you wanna play simulation baseball stop swinging at every pitch then moaning when they throw 60-70 balls a game, Actually could you imagine a game irl where pitcher throws 100 strikes in a game, The score would be like 15-0

I see both sides. I'll take my walks. But like OP said, it does get tiresome when people only throw out of the zone until a 3-ball count. I say it to myself all the time as I'm playing that guys only throw way outside.
