Last Night on Casual Online Mode…

Before playing a ranked game last night, I played 2 games on the casual online mode thinking to myself, “This should be chill with good sportsmanship.”
LMAO - wow, was I wrong.
First guy - team name is “KKKum Dumpsters” and does the toxic things his team name would suggest.
Second guy - game was actually well-played! Then I message him, “GG - for being a casual game, that was great.” He messages me back with: “puss-y”.
A reality check for thinking too optimistically lol.

What is “ casual online mode” ?
I discovered it last night myself and had never played it before. You go into DD -> Online Modes (just like you would for Ranked or BR) and one of the tabs says “Casual”. I played it so I can try out some cards.

basically an unranked DD game like when you play a real life friend

I used to try it every once in a while with team builds and lower rated cards in 19 and 20. Even in the games where my opponent wasn't acting like an idiot, the games rarely lasted past the 2nd or 3rd inning before my opponent quit. I may have had one or two decent full length games on there, but as a whole it is a toxic cesspool since there are no consequences for losses. Since then, I usually just try to line up a game against a friend if I want to try out new cards or a team build without the stress of ranked.

Why would anybody play this god awful game online for no rewards. Seriously the guy who strikes out 20 times in 9 innings is on the same footing as the guy who strikes out 3 times and get good to mining with pci placements of 10-14 over and over. You’d have to pay me to play online with no rewards.

Why play if you’re not playing for fun? You would hate custom leagues (my favorite mode).

lol, angry. I guess because I used a word that is censored I must be angry? Was a simple question but I guess that gets lost on forums.
