Not at all, just wanted to give you the heads up that I'm aware. Don't deny it either, you know exactly what I'm talking about. I don't have a problem with you, I just always find it funny that at some point I will see you show up with your opinion on whatever it is I said or did.

Submitting a ticket was the first thing i did and its been weeks, the game cycle is about 4 or 5 months max and to be waiting over 25% of the game cycle just for a response is crazy
Baseball season is 6 months,8 months if you count spring training and postseason.
and they released content in december and January last year, so....just a little more than 5 months.But the majority of people aren’t playing the entirety of that
Doesnt matter.if all of the players left after month 3 and no one played,the cycle still lasts 8 months.

A little patience is what? I have waited more than 8 weeks now with no communication or resolution. We are pushing 25% of the game cycle now.

You comment in numerous threads so obviously there’s going to be some lapse. It’s not like I’m hunting your posts and I’m usually respectful to your opinion and input. Just because I comment on what you say doesn’t mean anything. Just means I have an opinion on what you said like you do too.

I haven't submitted any tickets myself, I've been lucky. My question is, while I understand where you are coming from, why is it OK for it to "take awhile"? Sds isn't a mom and pop company. They have the resources to take care of these tickets alot sooner than they do. Why should it take them months to help a customer? Name another business that you deal with as a consumer that you would tolerate taking months to acknowledge you when you are having a problem with the product you paid for. It is what it is. I just feel feel these guys that's all

Multiple people either have missing 42 series affinity one players or have multiple of one player and cannot select one because they already chose 5.Why can't you add an exchange? Why can't you make them sellable? This fix should be so tremendously easy so the fact it has taken you guys over 6 weeks to even respond to us is crazy
You guys make a huge deal about Jackie and Mariano and now there are a lot of paying customers who cant get them. I know people have to be annoyed reading this on the forum, I am annoyed I have to keep asking. Should be so easy and yet all the devs do is ignore
Help this dude out sds. Its a simple fix. Mistakes happen and the servers are to blame for others. Its a matter of semantics. Whether someone picked two max Muncy or the server messed up and auto gave two Stanton. It shouldn't be possible to have duplicates of non sellable and non exchangeable cards. In the exchange cards menu just allow players the ability to exchange one non sellable for another from the same pack. End of tickets and complaints. It would be a relief to sds in my opinion. Sds helped me with this issue after about a month. They do help out but it takes a while. An easy fix would relieve some forum threads and ticket submissions.

Yeah I hear you, that does suck. But nobody picked the wrong card for you, you did that.
How do you know one of his cards didn’t just vanish? It didn’t say in his post.
Because if that would be the case, they'd have helped you by now based on the content of the ticket you submitted. The people who picked double, albeit unintentional, are considered less of a priority for the reasons I just explained.
I had Max Muncy vanish over a month ago, two tickets and nothing from SDS

And so do I, I've said that multiple times throughout this thread. I never said it's okay. SDS is slacking, I know that. The discussion started about other things.
