    You could simply submit a ticket and they'll correct it for you. It can take a while before they handle your request, but according to some other users on this forum they do correct it. Gotta be a little patient about it.

    How do you know one of his cards didn’t just vanish? It didn’t say in his post.

    Because if that would be the case, they'd have helped you by now based on the content of the ticket you submitted. The people who picked double, albeit unintentional, are considered less of a priority for the reasons I just explained.

    Wasn’t aware everyone who had a card vanish has already been helped. Good to know.

    I was denied 20 points in the BR program from a BR run a few weeks ago when I went 12-0, I sent them an email and they replied less than 2 weeks later. I had finished the program by then, by they compensated me nonetheless for my inconvenience. You think they handle these sort of requests if there are actual vanishing card tickets still open that's preventing people to complete collections? Nah.

    Mine isn’t to complete a collection but it’s still 500K down the drain

    True but in that case I tend to believe they don't consider your ticket credible. Or they would've fixed it by now, I'm fairly certain of it.

    I sent in a request for stubs purchased. It's been over 5 weeks. They were given the receipt, time stamp, method of purchase etc.

    I resent a reply to the automated system one too.

    NOTHING.

    So credibility aside, their customer service has sucked, is sucky, and will continue to suck this season.

    It's unacceptable regardless of the issue of a missing card, duplicate card, missing stub buy etc.

    Coming to the forums gives people an outlet to express dissatisfaction with the ticket process.

    I agree that its unacceptable but I tend to believe that there's an underlying motive why they aren't handling these tickets. One would be that they can't say with 100% certainty that you didn't spend those stubs. If they don't keep track of that kind of stuff, there's no way to retract that.

    Okay, so I'm gonna buy $500 worth of stubs then quickly buy a bunch of players knowing they'll handle my ticket in a few weeks from now because they're being flooded with tickets and complaints. I'll provide proof with my receipts and claim foul and demand my stubs. In a few weeks from now, they might not be able to get the data from my completed orders and therefore they can't say with certainty if I did or did not get my stubs at that time. Not exactly air tight proof is it? Seriously, this stuff is not that hard to think about yourself but you already showed you're not exactly capable in that regard.

    Oh and btw, this has nothing to do with the guy actually bought the stubs. I believe him and I feel bad him. Same goes for @Hikes83_PSN . But you, you're just dumb for picking the wrong card. No sympathy from me.

    You strike me as someone who has soooo many friends. They can very easily see his proof, look at his account to see if he spent the stubs and if he didnt they can give it to him. Is that enough for you mr rocket scientist?

    Okay, so I'm gonna buy $500 worth of stubs then quickly buy a bunch of players knowing they'll handle my ticket in a few weeks from now because they're being flooded with tickets and complaints. I'll provide proof with my receipts and claim foul and demand my stubs. In a few weeks from now, they might not be able to get the data from my completed orders and therefore they can't say with certainty if I did or did not get my srubs at that time. Seriously, this stuff is not that hard to think about yourself but you already showed you're not exactly capable in that regard.

    You strike me as someone who has soooo many friends. They can very easily see his proof, look at his account to see if he spent the stubs and if he didnt they can give it to him. Is that enough for you mr rocket scientist?

    You could simply submit a ticket and they'll correct it for you. It can take a while before they handle your request, but according to some other users on this forum they do correct it. Gotta be a little patient about it.

    I think you’re giving them too much credit unfortunately. I wish I could have that amount of faith in SDS but that has withered away by the day since probably 2017. I’m glad you got your issue resolved but that doesn’t mean many people still aren’t being overlooked. Again, communication would go a long ways to not make me feel this way about SDS but they only communicate if they’re blasted in a YouTube video.

    I gave them the PS Store email receipt. Doesn't get clearer than their own verification.

    I'm mentioning this because I have spent more money than 99.44% of the player base. It's not the $, it's the client experience this year that is embarrassing. I'm fortunate that the money situation doesn't affect my bottom line. I feel empathy for others not in my situation.

    Almost every experience that I've had with the 2021 product has been a negative one, outside of the gameplay. That's never been the case before.

    Something changed at the offices of SDS, and like their customer service situation, it sucks.

    Yeah I agree with everything you say man. I'm just thinking out loud of thinking of reasons why they haven't fixed those specific issues yet. I know a lot of people who had a variety of issues and they've all been resolved. Some took a little longer than others, but they got resolved eventually.

    I’ve got sympathy for OP. It hasn’t happened to me this year (0 submitted) tickets. But back in 18 when I did submit a couple of tickets they were all addressed in a couple of days. Sounds to me like they are short staffed and/or just don’t care, which would be sad.

    Yeah a few years ago when something would happen it would get resolved in days. I understand there is xbox now too so they have a lot of new users and tickets, but still.

In a few weeks from now, they might not be able to get the data from my completed orders and therefore they can't say with certainty if I did or did not get my srubs at that time.     I’ve got sympathy for OP. It hasn’t happened to me this year (0 submitted) tickets. But back in 18 when I did submit a couple of tickets they were all addressed in a couple of days. Sounds to me like they are short staffed and/or just don’t care, which would be sad.

    If it's staff, there are temp agencies for this sort of stuff...

    I really think they don't care. Their lack of accountability for flaws this year, and their blind prioritizing of things customer service wise is telling.

    Hell, I got a two day ban for a slur, when people spew daily, cursing, hidden toxicity and outright vulgar behavior, with no action taken.

    They've soured one of their biggest fans here.

    You could simply submit a ticket and they'll correct it for you. It can take a while before they handle your request, but according to some other users on this forum they do correct it. Gotta be a little patient about it.

    Submitting a ticket was the first thing i did and its been weeks, the game cycle is about 4 or 5 months max and to be waiting over 25% of the game cycle just for a response is crazy

    I was denied 20 points in the BR program from a BR run a few weeks ago when I went 12-0, I sent them an email and they replied less than 2 weeks later. I had finished the program by then, by they compensated me nonetheless for my inconvenience. You think they handle these sort of requests if there are actual vanishing card tickets still open that's preventing people to complete collections? Nah.

    I agree that its unacceptable but I tend to believe that there's an underlying motive why they aren't handling these tickets. One would be that they can't say with 100% certainty that you didn't spend those stubs. If they don't keep track of that kind of stuff, there's no way to retract that.

    Yeah I completely agree with you. It's insane. Then you got people in the forums just spreading toxicity instead of us all being together. They always say madden forums are toxic and then treat these the same way
