Is there a way to upgrade your rtts player in Diamond Dynasty?

How? My rtts player is 95 Diamond, yet when I'm in dynasty it's only a 65 bronze and sucks at pitching.

RTTS and DD will not be the same rank. DD also is always showing 65, but can see DD ranking when looking at "substitution" menu while in a game. Improve DD only by archetype, loadout, and equipment.
