Creating 2nd rtts player issue.

Why, if I create a new player/pitcher... do they start out with the same pitches as my other profile/rtts player?
Does this mean I can never have 2 different rtts pitchers with different arsenals?
That seems to be a major problem for me. I wanted to create different style pitchers. One power one finesse and I can't really do so with out messing up the other.
Is that how things are, or am I missing something?
Will it be fixed?

I am so disappointed with this years version I am back playing 2020, and very happy with it. I control my players not SDS and their "immersion" BS.

This is the reason i've gone back to playing MLB 20. Starting off a new career with an All-Star level player from the jump just isn't fun.
