Zone - 6th try with triple and HR. Would have had it on try 2 (5 bases) but 2 of my doubles became singles when the pitcher was on base in front of me and wouldn’t advance. Having slugs on base in moments requiring XBH is the worst part of moments as it’s completely sadistic by the developers...
I missed out on the Gehrig extreme 4 xbh last year for the same reason. Hit 2 HRs and a double, then what should have been another double but 2B wasn't vacated by a runner. I tried again several times after but never completed it. It didn't really matter because I never got close on the Yelich 3 HR moment, but I still felt like I had done enough and it definitely sucks a bit to not get it done because of something that would be very unlikely in a real game.
Funny as I got the Yelich 3 HRs but got tired of trying for Gehrig as I got 3 XBH several times but never the 4th and since there were other “better” 1B it wasn’t worth the agony.

I beat it first try. Just hold you pci all the way down and wait for a pitch down and then bam.

I just really wanted the Pearson card and was going to stop after the moments. I did the conquest and got Yelich, then thought if I could scrape through the moments I'd get Pearson and that would be it. The showdown was nuts for me. I got Pearson to 250 pitches, zero energy, but still couldn't beat the showdown. When I failed on that 'successful' Gehrig moment I just figured I should enjoy the Yelich card (which I did -- he was one of my best hitters).

6 TB's with a guy with no power? c'mon SDS I usually don't struggle with moments but this is awful. I hit a lead off triple on my best attempt and then finished 2-3 with 2 singles. Need to at least get 5 AB's every turn. Keep ending with only 4 Ab's meaning you need 3-4 with 3 doubles bc good luck hitting a homerun.
You mean 6 bases with a guy with little lower AND at the smallest park in the league. You have the tiniest corridor to get it to the wall for xbh cause 50 pwr hits it in front of OFs which you have to be lucky enough to do multiple times cause even as short as the poles are 50 pwr isnt enough.
That being said he does have enough contact to get down the lines and catch the occasional homer, so the mission isnt overly difficult, just real annoying. -
2 easy HRs to short RF

Man, listen.
Make your lives easier for this Moment and future ones!. HR, double, goodnight, everybody!

I cannot tell you how many balls I had hit the RF wall only to come right back into the field of play.
Was able to get it on 12th-ish try with 2 triples.

Completed on second try. If you pull the ball, it’s 314ft down the line. It’s fairly easy
pull with directional hitting?

I actually got lucky and finished it reasonably quickly, like 10 minutes or so. Power swung and hit a wall scraper in the first, then a single and then a gapper that turned into a Inside The Park HR.
-
I got it done, but both this and yesterdays 3 inning game were a bit of an excessive time sink for one daily point. Not sure they've got the time/reward balance right the past couple of days
-
tried for 45 minutes....didn't come close. Left the game on and went and did some other stuff around the house.
When I came back (about 2 hours later), the 1st game...2 pitches....2 HRs. Unreal! That's some bullsh*t! But at least it's done now.
-
Took me maybe 10 minutes
Like with all total bases just sit high in the zone and be a bit patient. I know cos it’s Veteran the temptation is to swing at crappy pitches but it’ll come.
The guy was awful though. No pop at all
Just be thankful it wasn’t 8 bases. Those are a disgrace to humanity
-
My first thought was that too.....6 TB with a guy with little/no power.
I lucked out I guess. My third try he got a triple in each of his first two at bats!
A line drive to right center followed by a line drive to left center. Fortunately he has the wheels for that but two in one game is certainly very rare and lucky. -
This is a cakewalk and I have had multiple home runs with Johnny Damon he has more than enough power Yankee Stadium. I refuse to play 3 inning games for daily missions. Everyone complaining saying they should be super-easy for the rewards are getting better now you have a 93 rated closer. There should be some sort of skill involved to get it not just a daily check-in

Just finished the Damon daily moment after 45 minutes. 4 singles and 1 double, lucky I was able to get 5th AB. This has easily been the worst daily moment for me yet. All my singles were weak dribblers up the middle or in between 1st and 2nd baseman. My double was a weak blooper down the left field line. Damon's PCI covered atleast 2/3 of the strike zone and I got maybe 2 or 3 perfect perfects in about 100 plate appearances. For some reason Brady Singer looked like Maddux in his prime and Soler in right was like Griffey patrolling right with ease.
I went and looked at Damon's stats in 2006 when this moment happened and he had 24 HR, 35 doubles and a half dozen triples I believe. As a Royals fan I'm well aware of how good of a hitter he was, my question is why does it seem like SDS toggles with these moments like this? I know Damon wasn't a bomber but come on now, this moment made him out to have no power at all.

I wonder if this is just how these Dailies are going to be now? 3 inning games, 8 TB, 6 TB….
It should be a quick check in… oh hit a double, cool.
Not some 30-45 min ordeal.
This is my thought. I think at this point Cole has more hits than me because he is always coming into my screen from the right. I thought that these were going to be quick hitters too. The way to do that would be to have in the text that he had six hits and you just need to get the last one. That is the quick moment we were told about.

Daily moments program is trash. Some people aren't able to play every day. Let alone playing a 3 inning game for 1 point towards progression.

They are not mandatory. You don't have to ever play.

I like the idea but I think its unfair if a person misses one they cant complete entire 35 point program
-
I think 40 points should be max meaning you can miss 3-4 days in a month. But then again, I guess it’s like the inning program where beyond Britton is just bonus.
