Challenge failed error STILL

So today there was a hotfix towards “matchmaking” i was hopeful to think it would fix my problem. If you haven’t seen recent posts by me, i have not been able to play one online game since release i receive a challenge failed error and then it boots me, i’ve tried multiple times during the day everyday for sometimes a half hour at a time just requeing everytime it fails. Never got in even once, so today the hotfix comes out and i finally think okay i should be able to play online. Load it up ..... nothing ..... still the same error, i’ve reinstalled the game multiple times, even went out and bought a new external HD since my HD is alittle messed up and slow, i’ve opened ports, use googles open DNS, i’ve done everything they have suggested. It’s not my internet because my brother and law and son both have their playstations at my house and both of them have no problem connecting to a game. Can we get this pinned and help get this problem fixed, it only is affecting a handful of people but it’s a huge deal. I don’t know what to do.

Yes, game share with my son. So i buy him a yearly membership so i get it since his ps account is my “primary”

Gotcha, it was the most obvious but sometimes overlooked possibility.

Yeah, i need something looked into. I paid $100 to not even be able to play. I don’t have fun playing the cpu

I’m still having this same exact issue. I can play Play now online but RS, BR and Events I will always get connection failed.
To prove it wasn’t my connection, I have borrowed my friend’s extra PS4 and have installed the game and on this console I can now play everything with no issues while logged into my account. If I switch my disk over to my console, once again I cannot play.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times to my internal and my extra external hard drive on my personal PS4 with no success of fixing the issue. This is ridiculous
