DISCUSSION: Locking in bosses for Prestige worth it?
-
Would you guys say it is worth it to lock in the inning bosses to get the prestige version? First of all, you do NOT need to lock in the player before you can start tallying the stats, so do NOT lock in the player before you tally all the stats and are sure you want the prestige version.
I see it in two ways: 1st, it seems really fun to be able to boast a prestige player in your team. I think it really does provide a really fun sense of achievement outside of just winning.
But 2nd, especially for an inning like this, most of these players won't be in starting lineups in two months.
What do you guys think? Go for prestige or no?

I might for Oswalt, because I like having multiple pitching options besides my 5... And he's pretty good, and should be even in July.
The other 2, no way...

I echo this. The other weren’t making my roster anyway so I didn’t bother. Took Oswalt and locked him in. He’ll be good for awhile plus all events going forward

Oswalt is the only one worth locking in. I did the other 2 because I was locking them in for the voucher anyway, but I probably won’t do the prestige missions for them

I locked them all in. Been using Helton over Giambi. But Duke hasn’t got much burn. Oswalt is my #2 starter. Sort of wanted the 75 stars next inning.

I've been killing it with all 3 it just stinks playing online with snider and helton people definitely start pitching around so you can't get anything towards their prestige
