POTM buxton cost me game story

Top of 1st... lead off hits a dead fly to center. Bounces off buxtons head, ITP HR.... ok....
Fast forward to bottom of 3rd. Runners on first and second. Buxton is on first. 2 outs. 2 strike count. I send both runners. Proceed to hit a line drive up the middle. Buxton does the glitch where he runs back to first (he was stealing.... it was 2 outs).and the center fielder throws him out at 2nd. Ball game.
Luckily I got my 7th hit with Tyler flowers so never have to use that monstrosity of a card again. So not all bad.

I don't know why, but I've seen this happen several times where he takes one off the head with that card specifically. Its happened to me a couple times, it happened to one of my opponents once and I've been in parties with 2 different people who have said that Buxton just took a flyball off the head.
Strange that it happens so much to that particular card

I thought that animation was reserved for a new legend getting released this year..... Canseco! Man this game is realistic.
