No, play on a PS4 or Xbox One. Do not play on a next-gen console (PS5/XboxX/XboxS).
Since those cannot have created stadium, you are guaranteed not to play in someone's created stadium.

I sold my ps4 after I bought my ps5.

Well, there's no other guarantee to not play in a created stadium if playing on a PS5.

That sucks, so i have to deal with playing people's ugly a** stadium for the rest of the year.

Technically there is a way but people don't like it and some say it doesn't work (the method) all the time.
If you can make sure you're the home team; you won't have to play at a created stadium. That is unless you pick one.
