34 Days of No Responses From Tech Support. Need Help

My Ranked Seasons record has been messed up since launch. It says I am 35-27, but then says I have only played 37 games! I have not won 35 games, and I sure as heck have not lost 27 games. I submitted a ticket on 4/30 and got a response almost immediately saying they were looking into it. I have sent 5 emails since then asking for an update. Today is day 34 of no responses from SDS. Is anyone else having this issue?

It's been a known issue for a long time, but I promise you this is extremely low on their priority list for getting stuff fixed

That sucks that others are experiencing this. I don't really care what their priority is, I care that there have been 34 days of silence. I'd be fired for missing a 48 hour time window on my responses at my job. Just tell me it's broken in an official communication method.

If they told you it was broken it would admit guilt. They're not going to go out of their way to make their game look bad, it's done a fine job of that all by itself. There have been numerous issues and plenty of things that need fixing but as long as they focus on micro transactions the game will continue to suffer.

I'm not the type to try to find them guilty though. If it is indeed a bug and they can not fix it, I just want to know. I can move on from there. If it can be fixed though, and they are just flat out ignoring me for 34 days with no response, that is wild.

Lol, imagine crying over a record. Who cares? They have more important things to worry about than your ego being upset about a random number in the loss column.

I'm sorry to say it but they don't care about support tickets. I've seen some people get responses but most of us haven't. I put a ticket in on 4/28 and never got a response. I sent another one in 5/14 about the same thing and crickets.
I lost stubs on the market when a order I had placed disappeared. If they would of gave me back my stubs I would of bought 300,000 stubs and finished the live series collection. No response from support means no more money from me -
Yeah mine is the same. Says I’m 49-39 or something like that but I haven’t played but about 2/3 that many maybe less

If support hasnt answered in 34 days, what kind of help do you expect from the forums? Theres nothing any of us can do about it.
