Flashbacks & Legends TA2 Collections

I see they include Topps Now and 42 series cards. If I locked these in F & L collections, would that lock me out of the 42 series for 99 Jackie? Or the voucher for Topps Now for Mo? I'm 2 cards short for the TN voucher.

Once collected you can use them in as many collections as you want
