Performance issues on PS5

Has anyone else noticed issues while playing online? I'll start by saying my connection is 496 mbps, playing on a low lag monitor, hardwired controller. I have noticed these issues in the last couple weeks. My input on pin point delaying slightly, long fly balls going in slow motion, I have been way early or way late a ton more often and even skipping in the menus. I play offline on hof or legend with zero issue. Wondering if it is a problem I can fix or if others are experiencing this?
Edit: Another thing that drives me nuts, that happens quite often, is when stealing regardless of stealing attribute they will just play a quick round of hopscotch in the middle of stealing and get thrown out by a mile. Not sure what causes that but that is by far the worst. They will come to a complete stop at the 50% spot between 1st and 2nd, then start running again without me doing anything on the controller.

Very accurate. I only play the CPU on legend but have to use contact swing and I get good results. Online is jankey and rarely see pure input also frame jobs you name it. Even my PCI moves on its own.

I have noticed my PCI not being in the correct place but I chalked that up to the display being wrong as it has in years past. It is almost unplayable online for me.
