99 Jackie Price

Hadn’t checked the price of the 42 series cards in a while. Yesterday there were 60 effing K?!?
SDS better drop a few 42 packs throughout the 3rd inning path, why is this Jackie so expensive???
It’s getting to the point where I don’t even want the card anymore, haven’t hit well with him in the past and it’s just annoying how they’ve limited those packs.
Soriano already has diamond D at 2nd for me with his parallels. By the time Jackie is a price that’s worth his attributes, he might be a bench bat with all these TA 2 cards.

I know that but there’s only been 3 packs to be earned with those included. 7 x 50k for the rest of the cards is 350K stubs. Way too much for noodle bat Robinson

With the 3 packs you would only need 5 more not 7 and those cards are so expensive now because people are locking them in to get Rivera

Noodle bat Jackie haha, not even close. I understand not wanting to spend thr stubs but it's a great card, finally just unlocked him. I bought all the legends except Mays when they were 20-30k then had to shell out 59k for Mays the other day. This and Ken Griffey Jr were the 2 must have cards for me upon release

This is the best Jackie we've ever seen and probably ever will see. At parallel 5 he certainly does not have a noodle bat. Expensive, yes. But worth it imo.

I just can't spring the stubs for those 42 cards...I might just live without him. I can't bankrupt myself to chase him

I got lucky and got my preorder stuff twice due to a server glitch, so I got 4 of the 42 packs plus the one in the thank you bundle for the server issues and bought the others a while back.

This is what I mean, these cards shouldn’t by 59K. Not saying no they should give them away either, but why are pre-order cards this high?
All I’m asking is to give us a way to grind for them. Put them as the 650K XP reward in third inning. Just something to make the price normal and not 6x what they were on opening night.

Oh my gosh. Be patient, and in time you'll have him. SDS is in to making money, and they aren't just going to give him away a month into the game. There will be packs along the way, and in two or three months you will have him.
And yes; these cards should be 60,000. People are impatient, so they get to pay for their impatience. I'm 5 short, but will be only 3 short after the event. I'll have him, but it's not going to cost me any stubs.

Dropping some $$$ easily and getting all the legends when they were 28k seems like the best move I could have made

I've never hit well with Jackie and I'm a Dodger fan but this Jackie card is pretty good. I think he stands a little further from the plate, anything up in the zone he crushes. By far the best Jackie for me so far, I have only played 4 years though.
I Think there are some packs in the TA2 path, no?
I like Soriano too, have him as my RH ...PH ....... If I Wasn't a Dodger fan I Would go Soriano .....I like his quick swing.
