Diamond Dynasty 42 Set Issue

This is my second time posting about this in hopes it will get seen. I can't complete the 42 set for 99 Jackie Robinson because the Minnie Minosa disappeared from my inventory. I have submitted 2 tickets to support now and neither of them have gotten anywhere. Its been 3 WEEKS. I normally don't complain but I spent a lot of time getting those cards and because of a bug I cant complete it. If anyone has had this happen to them please let me know so I don't feel alone in this. I'm a little disappointed in SDS right now. I hope they can fix this soon or I don't think I will be motivated to keep playing.

I had diamond Jason Giambi disappear from inventory, but not being able to get Jackie because of it sucks hope they fix ASAP

Did you send an email to support? If you haven't I would. Its just dumb to have that kind of stuff happen.

I have an issue with that set as well. Sent a report in a month ago. Heard nothing. You know what always works? Stubs purchases.

The only problem with that is you can’t purchase him. He’s only a collection reward.

I think they were just referring to the fact that the only thing that isn't glitched/having issues is their ability to accept your money. Kind of like it's a lot easier to get a representative when you're trying to upgrade service vs cancelling it

Yes I understand my point is that when it comes to us spending real money there is never any glitches or issues with it. The stock purchase is always work because they are getting money from us. Do not buy stuff when the game doesn't work.

I put a ticket in on 4/28 and still haven't gotten a response. Lost 37k stubs on a market error buying a card. If they would of gave me back my stubs I would of bought $100 worth to finish collections just to be done with it.

This is how I feel. If they gave me my missing cards I would have gladly spent almost 300k in stubs to get Jackie but now I feel like I don't want to spend those stubs.
