Any help on linking accounts?

I started this year playing on Xbox one but I got a ps5 yesterday and can’t seem to link my accounts properly. My Xbox and ps accounts are both currently linked to my the show account but when I log in on ps5 it’s a completely new DD team and my Xbox account has my good DD squad. Any help?

Unlink and when you link the ps5 back m pretty sure you pick the top option. It’s been a minute since I did it but don’t pick the one that says it will start you over.
