42 Series Pack Error

I just completed the AL West Team Affinity and it showed me that I didn’t have a Jesus Luzardo in my inventory. It also said I didn’t have a David Fletcher. I chose Luzardo and went to check and now I’m stuck with two of him and no Fletcher. I don’t know why this bug happened but is there anything I can do about this? That was the pack at 150 points so it’s not like I can get another one and without Fletcher I can’t get Jackie. Hopefully SDS can see this.

Same thing happened to me and I sent in a bug report a month ago and have not heard back. People will come on here and say that you are stupid and how could you not know what cards you needed. This has happened to a bunch of people and there is not a fix yet.

I had 1 of my 42 series players disappear from inventory so I did a report. It took just about 1 month to get fixed but I did get Dansby Swanson back. My situation was a little different since I had already collected him but they got it fixed. I know I sent my report to SDS not psn hope that helps

I created a tracker in MS Excel to keep track of which ones I had previously picked.

I send a report to SDS right after. Is it a complicated process getting the card back? My biggest issue is I’m 100% done with the program so there’s no possible way for me to get Fletcher as of now.

I never heard anything back and and when it didn't affect subtract from the total for collection I kinda quit worrying about it. The other day it just showed up again. Wish I had more information or something to help you contact them but I never had any contact other than submitting the bug
