Gear attributes still not applying?

Just wondering if anyone else is still getting 0 ranking adjustment from equipment? I've got a bunch of diamond gear and my stats arnt moving at all, it's making progress quite difficult.

I don't know about RTTS but the place you see your 'true attributes' is in the lineup screen just before you hit start for a game.
Highlight your player and they show up.
For DD, your player card stays at 65, but your gear boosts that higher.
