Had to take Mattingly for 2nd inn boss

Im using him at 3rd and Bay in left. I dont get how they give him 90 plus fielding rating but his arm and all other stats are terrible

How are those left handed fielding/throwing animations at 3B? LOL. Gotta be pretty awkward.

Ya there is nothing good about using him at 3rd but his bat has been very good for me.

He is also going to be the least taken out of the 3, don't lock him into any collections, in a month he might be worth 120k like Fernando became. (probably not)
The difference is Fernando is actually a good card
I said (probably not) for a reason. Fernando is a pretty just okay pitcher when you aren't on hall of fame, which 98% of players arent at.

Wanted too but my bullpen was lacking, hoping Smith will help me out. Think I'm gonna miss Mattingly though, I have Hoskins but struggle with him.

Donnie baseball was my favorite player when I was young. I know Bay or Lee are great cards but couldnt help pulling trigger on Mattingly
Took Bay strickly to have a "Prime" card.

3rd base is listed as a secondary position, but he is a left handed thrower.
Had his card for a minute. Put him in the lineup, then compared his stats to Goodrim. Mattingly’s fielding drops to 5 at 3b. 5.

I went with Smith but I bought 2 of each of them in Hope's that they continue the boss collection in the next inning. If I can make 10k stubs on each like I should have in the first inning then I will be happy

I had to go with Smith, bay was 2nd choice. Smith is just a beast. All four of his pitches are ridiculous.
