this issue has been happening to me since the game came out and it still is not working

After playing for 3 weeks without the challenge failed message (first month I couldn't play DD ranked at all due to this) it has returned.

Here's a question: does the issue occur more often for disc vs digital download? I have it digitally downloaded.

I have it digitally downloaded as well and having the same challenge failed messege. My brother who lives with me has it digitally downloaded but has no problem playing online.
