Double play errors

I don't get it, everytime it is a tie game in the 9th inning, the other guy hits a ground ball, an EASY double play and EVERY SINGLE TIME, the 2nd baseman is pulled off the bag and then the throw is late to 1st. This has happened more times than I can count, what the heck

But do you have the throwing meter on?

If not, the RNG will give you an error A LOT! Happened to me when playing BR last year and learned real quick.
