Pulled Verlander sold him and got Freeman to complete the Braves and then got Soto.

Pulled Tatis and still needed him, so no mad at all. Collection nearly complete now, save a couple NL teams and the Yankees.

Prices for flash packs are always so out of touch with the market. Let’s throw away 25k for a 5k Diamond. I always look at the odds differently. Odds are one in whatever number of cards that are actually worth more than cost of pack. It’s an easy pass on these packs. I also feel like all packs should be cheaper this year than in the past. With the combined markets, there are way more cards available and as people finish the collections faster this year, there will be even less need to open any packs. The Headliners are always the biggest waste of all of them. I used to buy all 5 each time, and I know at one time, I pulled zero diamonds in something like 34 straight releases. Today I bought one headliners pack and pulled a Diamond. Not exciting because I paid 7500 for a card that was worth less than the pack. Specialty Packs should cost less than quick sell value of a Diamond. Period. I also think headliner packs should have a 1:10 chance of pulling a headliner, not just any Diamond.

Well I took the plunge, had 69 stubs to my name after I bought one HL and the Flash. Pulled Plesac in the HL and Arenado in the Flash. Not bragging bc it aint no Trout lol

Looks like I did pretty well not buying a pack and was able to buy tatis machado darvish Soto stras.. Sweet! All prices are higher now too lmaooo

When I was 8 I told my dad to put a quarter in a slot machine. He said he would to show me that gambling is a waste of money. That quarter quickly turned into 60 quarters. 2 hours at the arcade later and I have spent more than one quarter in many Las Vegas trips thinking how easy it is to win a day at the arcade.

The lack of 90+ worked out for me. Already had the NL collection done and didn't really have an interest in doing the AL until this. Only AL diamonds I had were Trout and Ramirez and was able to buy the rest except for Cole extremely cheap and bought 4 extra Chapman's at 25k and will sell those back when his price goes back to normal and buy Cole.

Yeah,but he also knows if he were to try math stuff in there they take you in the back and show you how not to use a hammer.
