Frozen in a RS game for 2 hours

I am winning in the 5th up a few runs versus a kid I am throwing a 1 hitter against. I literally walked away from my PlayStation. Went and mowed the lawn and showered, ate dinner and this kid still won’t quit. Like he’s clearly gonna lose and I don’t have time for frozen games. This is the 4th time it has happened this year to me and my router is on a pan line into my PlayStation and there’s nothing else on the router but my PlayStation. So I know it’s not a connection issue so can we please fix this frozen bug.

Update, my little brother just told me that game ended (we are guessing the other kid quit) and I got the lose. I set my controller down and was doing other things, so how do I get this lose when I’m not losing but winning and the game freezes. Just lost a 2 hour and 30 something ish game. That is ridiculous.

ive had like 4 of these games as well.... hopefully soon things will be fixed or ill just until next year
