RS today
-
First, let me say that the cumulative wins in rs is a big W in my opinion. I don’t know if I will ever be able to make it to WS, but I always want to play full 9 inning games. So, it was fun and rewarding to go 40-26.
Second, a question...with the new season starting today will I just get crushed playing WS players that have to get dropped down? Do most of you start up right when the season starts?
It’s not going to change what I do. I’m still gonna play. But, if you see a guy rocking vogelbach at first base to grind the al west affinity, you should be the favorite.

He’s in right field. Ha.

You start according where you ended last season. If you were in all star then you will start at 450 i think, but if you were above 700 then you start there with all the other rs demons. I would wait a day or two if you aren't that good and start at 700.

I like to wait at least a few days before jumping into a new season. In this case I'll probably wait a full week because my team is still pretty flawed and needs improvements.

C. FB Zunino
1B LS Olson
2B. TA Biggio then HL Biggio
3B LS Chapman
SS. LS Bregman
LF TA Cespedes then Potm Ohtani
CF LS Laureano (who has hit so well trout will have to replae ohtani)
RF LS then 42. Alvarez.
other than my nl east with the philles this was my favorite and best TA lineup -

other than my nl east with the philles this was my favorite and best TA lineupI really wanted Chapman to play. He was my favorite card two years ago, but I went 1 for 30 or something.
Now I’ve got Griffey and salmon in the outfield with Olson. I’ve got solak and young on the left side of the infield. I do have the lower biggio at second.
Along the way I slot in whatever cards I get in affinity to get the four points.
Thanks for the suggestions.

I spent a couple days in DS so I think I start with everyone. I’ll try a game or two every night and see how it goes until Friday. If it isn’t enjoyable then I’ll just see if I can get the Cubs in the World Series in MTO.

Not sure if it changed, but in the past you started next season based on the rank you are at when the season ends, not based on highest rank you attained. Can someone tell me if this is still the case?
