Manually Picking Throws at First Base

Is there a way to manually pick throws in the dirt when playing as a first baseman? I assume the answer is no (as I’ve looked everywhere), but this would be an AWESOME feature if done right. Would be much better than the ShowTime throwing, which I turn off anyway.
