Completed Pujols conquest but no rewards

This is very frustrating. After you grind that big map, you just want to finish it off and have your reward. I had to repeat the final game about 3 times because of the server error, it wasn't marking it as completed.
Then, when it finally marked it as complete, I didn't received the Pujols card or the 10 packs, nor the final prospects pack.
I submitted a ticket but you know how much they take to resolve the issue... this is frustrating af.

Sorry bro. But why are you still playing this game with everything going on. You have to expect that right now. I haven’t touched the game since this morning and from reading these threads I’ll wait until tomorrow

Did this ever get resolved because the same issue happened to me yesterday and the main reason I did the conquest map was to get the Pujols card

i got the pujols card but my map is stuck at 386/386 territories even though there's no more to capture, so it won't give me the completion for the 10 packs. i also submitted a big report

If you check the missions you need to complete it shows you what you need to do. Maybe is there something you forgot. If they are all completed then I would send something

Did you get this resolved? I was 16/16 goals complete, received the 10 pack reward, finished all 30 strongholds, stole over 15M fans, and I completed all 387 territories yet still no Pujols. I've completed the Nation of Baseball conquest four times. Still, no Pujols. It must be bugged. I reached out to SDS with screenshots of all my completed activities and they said they'd look into it. This was three weeks ago. I sent a follow up email in hopes they'll add Pujols to my collection.

Go to top left corner of map. There is a hidden territory there. Add fans around the top left corner and it will show you where you can attack on next turn.

This... i was in the same boat... luckily someone from chat told me about it. Its really hidden u there where Washington is.

I have 387/387 territories and received 16/16 goals complete. I didn't miss it.
