Anyone having trouble selling a player?

I keep getting a message that a player who I’m trying to sell can’t be sold because he’s in my lineup. But I’ve removed him from both my lineups. I’ve checked this like 10 times. I also don’t have a team submitted into the event. Is there anywhere else I could have this guy that would keep me from being able to sell him?

Check your event lineup. It creates one for you even if you don't

I don’t have a team in the event. I guess maybe if I haven’t entered the event and the player just defaults into my event lineup maybe that counts?
